Founded by a lifelong computer hardware enthusiast, our journey began with building custom PCs, inspired by high-end brands like Voodoo PC and Falcon Northwest. Over the years, our fascination with computers and dedication to mastering every aspect of technology laid the foundation for what Nordic would ultimately become—a dynamic and adaptable IT service provider.
Nordic IT Solutions has evolved from a small custom PC builder into a comprehensive IT services company. This transformation was fueled by our understanding of the changing landscape of technology and our clients’ needs. In 2024, we embraced a contract-only model, reinforcing our focus on delivering tailored IT solutions and support to businesses. This shift allowed us to offer a wider range of services, including Microsoft 365, unlimited support plans, and cloud services, ensuring our clients have access to the most efficient and effective IT support available.

Newer computers fail less often, require less support, and increase productivity. We evaluate our contract rates based on the whole picture, not just support costs.
- Our Nordic PC computers are built in the High Country and we can offer same-day repairs with replacement parts we have in stock.
- We keep a hardware inventory to quickly replace mission-critical equipment like network hardware, monitors, laptops, or point-of-sale printers.
